Angus Glens Walking Festival 2018 - Thursday 31 May to Sunday 3 June 2018

Angus Glens Walking Festival 2018

Come and explore the Angus Glens from 31 May to 3 June 2018

The beautiful Angus Glens and surrounding countryside host the 16th year of the Angus Glens Walking Festival.

The event takes place in the beautiful location of Angus with its stunning scenery and excellent walking conditions.

The festival covers 20 walks over 4 days - through breathtaking scenery, open moorland, heather-clad hills, mountains, rivers and crags all guided by local Mountain Leaders and our Countryside Rangers who have excellent knowledge of the beautiful Glens, including its wildlife and history.

Designed to appeal to all levels of ability, the walks for the festival are identified in the programme by a key from moderate to extremely strenuous.

One of the most popular walks is Jock's Road, Scotland's oldest right of way. Or perhaps try our Munro challenge or, back for 2018, the popular Mount Keen walk.
